The article analyses the new situation of the Romanian electoral after the accession moment, meaning the election of the representatives for the European Parliament. In this context, the Electoral Commission of the Romanian Parliament has already made a legislative project for European Parliaments Members’ election, which mentions that “Romania’s representatives in the European Parliament are elected on list, according to the principle of proportional representation, as well as on the basis of individual candidatures.” The article shows the principal political consequences of this option. ...
